Access to and use of jl47.app and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Services") is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of jl47, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the Platform in any capacity. Your continued use of the Services following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to use jl47, you must:

jl47 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on jl47. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. jl47 reserves the right to suspend account activity pending completion of KYC verification.

jl47 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. jl47 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. jl47 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes during business hours, and bank transfers within one (1) business day, subject to verification status and applicable limits. jl47 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

jl47 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party charges.

jl47 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as communicated at the time of the offer.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jl47 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account verification and are in good standing;

All games available on jl47 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

jl47 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are random, unpredictable, and not subject to manipulation by jl47 or any third party.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jl47 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. jl47 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jl47 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl47 staff or other players;
• Circumventing any security, verification, or access control measures implemented by jl47.

All content on jl47.app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of jl47 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from jl47 without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl47 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

jl47's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl47 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

jl47 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

jl47 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, jl47 may withhold any balance or pending withdrawals pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jl47 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
